The “FlyEase” variation of Nike’s Metcon 8 women’s cross-training shoe features a unique, flexible heel that allows you to step into the shoe without using your hands; the heel collapses when you step in, then snaps back into place to secure the foot.

Because it’s part of the Metcon 8 series, the rest of the FlyEase’s specs are similarly engineered to the demands of championship athletes. This includes a lighter upper with improved airflow, React foam for optimal comfort and cushioning, grooves in the sole to let your forefoot bend naturally, and lock-down lace tabs to prevent untying during high-intensity training.
